What is a remainder?
A remainder is a book that did not sell at its full retail price and has subsequently been reduced to sell at a bargain price.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is $50.00 net or $100.00 sale price.
What is the bookseller discount?
It is 50% off the remainder sale price (except where net prices are listed).
What is your return policy?
All orders are processed on a non-returnable basis. If you receive damaged or incorrect titles, please contact the customer service department within 30 days of receipt of the order for further instructions.
What do I do if I receive the wrong title or damaged books?
Contact our customer service department or call 800-566-2665 within 30 days of receipt of delivery of the order. Please make no returns without authorization. We do not issue credit for shipping on books returned without authorization.
How can I get a catalogue?
Just contact us and we will be more than happy to send you a catalogue.
How can I set up an account?
Submit a credit application along with your order. You must be a reseller and provide us with a tax ID number to qualify. All first orders must be prepaid (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) or pro forma.
What shipping method will you use for my order?
All orders will be shipped according to the instructions marked on the order. If nothing is marked in the space provided for shipping instructions, we will ship your order via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. For orders going outside of the US, please contact us for shipping options. |
