THE ARTIST. Based in Falmouth, Cornwall, Lucy Innes Williams is a painter and illustrator with a passion for bright colours, cold shapes and joyous mark-making. With an artistic interest in highly ornate textiles, patterns, and the decorative arts of the early-mid twentieth century, she uses a combination of gouache, watercolour and printmaking.
